MSC North Sales Team wins EcoStone and WorldClass WPC sales contest

The North Area sales team recently concluded a contest promoting newly launched products, with Mark Joseph Jabat (Sales Engineer – North Area) securing first place and Rizzabeth Dizon (Sales Engineer – North Area) placing second. Led by North Area Sales Manager Lilibeth Depasupil, the competition motivated the team to excel in marketing strategies.

The contest, also known as the highest sales for Eco-stone and WorldClass WPC Products, ran from March 1 to December 31, 2024.

As the first place winner, Jabat attributes his success to dedication and strategic planning. “Every recognition is a fruit of my hard work. It drives me to push harder and aim more,”  he said.

His approach involved constant client engagement and setting high sales goals. “I always update my clients on stock availability, visit them personally, and check display samples. I made it a goal to double the required sales.”

Initially focused on meeting monthly targets, Dizon was inspired to strive further after an earlier win. “That recognition fueled my determination to push myself even further.”

She credits the management and North sales team, especially her boss, Depasupil, for their unwavering support.

The manager of the winning sales team, Depasupil also emphasized that the contest aimed to promote new products like WPC and Ecostone. “Since these are new products, the contest inspired PSCs to master specifications, methodology, and marketing.”

The North Area Sales Team not only celebrated achievements but reinforced their commitment to innovative, high-quality products. Congratulations to the winners!
