In an interview with Ms. Tengco, she expressed her mindset that helps her achieve her goals. “Ang kagandahan sa Multi-Line ay may enculturation na itinatag ang ating Presidente, Rey Angeles, base sa sarili nyang life experience na nagtuturo sa atin ng tamang mindset,” she shared. As a manager, her favorite topics include the 7 steps of paradigm shifting and the 5Cs + 1 due to their practicality and adaptability to various situations. She also gives importance to the phrase, “Customer is King”.

“Ito ang nagbibigay ng inspirasyon sa akin na pagbutihin ko ang aking trabaho sa Multi-Line para patuloy nating napagsisilbihan ang mga customers na umaasa sa atin at nabibigyan din ng kabuhayan at professional growth ang mga employees na mahalagang asset ng kumpanya,”  she added.

Mr. Pablo also reflected on his tenure, citing the reasons he stayed at the company. “There are three reasons why I stayed at Multi-Line for 16 years: love, challenge, and a collaborative environment,”  he said.

EverFirst Loans Corporation also honors its long-serving employees: Elyjoy Conde, sectoral operations manager, and District Managers Clatchel Joy Cosme and Diana Rose Garbin, all of whom have dedicated 16 years of service. Their leadership has contributed to the company’s stability and growth.

Mr. Conde expressed his joy about his tenure in Everfirst. “Wow! 15+ years na din pala ako sa EverFirst, unang kumpanya na pinagtrabahuan ko pagkatapos ng aking pag-aaral. Nanatili ako dahil masaya, maganda ang kultura na hinuhubog sa lahat ng empleyado, malinaw ang direksyon ng lahat ng empleyado para sa career growth, at well-compensated at napakaraming blessings sa EverFirst,”  he exclaimed.

Ms. Cosme shared her secret for staying in EverFirst. “Una sa lahat po, dahil sa kultura na meron ang Everfirst, the continuous growth and learning, their work ethics, at ang magagandang pribelehiyo sa bawat employees. Higit sa lahat si Sir AOA na walang sawang pagtuturo sa amin ng kanyang kaalaman at experience upang kami ay magtagumpay dito sa work at personal na buhay. Ginagawa ni Sir AOA na extraordinary ang ordinary people and I feel it,”  she said.
