EverFirst welcomes 7 new Branch Head OICs

EverFirst Loans Corporation proudly introduces seven newly appointed Branch Head OICs, each bringing their unique skills, values, and aspirations to their respective branches. These individuals represent the next generation of leadership at EverFirst.
Rose Ann Caligagan has been serving as the BH OIC of the Angeles branch since June 1, 2025. She brings youthful energy and a clear passion for service. Chosen for her consistency, dedication, and positive rapport with both clients and colleagues, she feels honored and grateful for the trust placed in her. Now, she promises hands-on leadership focused on improving branch operations and customer service.
John Philip Buñag, a rider turned loan processor and now the BH OIC of the Norzagaray branch, exemplifies growth through hard work and commitment. His appointment as BH OIC on June 10, 2025, brings both honor and pressure—but more importantly, excitement. He is optimistic about growing the branch and is determined to be a leader known for hard work, integrity, and competitiveness.
Julius Garcia brings years of well-rounded experience to his new role as BH OIC of the Binangonan branch. Appointed last June 17, 2025, he aims to grow the loan portfolio, increase sales, improve client satisfaction, and boost team performance. “You can expect me to lead by example, communicate well, and support the team in achieving our goals while maintaining compliance and high service standards,” he says.
Radley Estrella has been serving as the BH OIC of the Balut branch since June 20, 2025. His ability to handle clients with efficiency and professionalism made a strong impression. Known for his professionalism and effective communication, he is grateful for the trust given to him and is determined to fulfill his duties diligently. “Masaya at nagpapasalamat po ako sa tiwalang binigay sa akin bilang BH OIC. Sisikapin ko po na magampanan nang tama at maayos ang aking tungkulin,” he pledged.
Karla Daniela Dela Vega, appointed as BH OIC of the Apalit branch starting July 1, 2025, believes that her deep familiarity with this branch and her Kapampangan roots make her a natural choice for the new position. Her ability to connect with clients and her proven reliability during transitions speak volumes. Her main mission is to increase the branch’s sales and bring it to a competitive level among others. She expects challenges but remains focused on growth—and hopes her team rallies with her.
Jinky Quial was chosen as the new BH OIC of the Dau branch starting July 1, 2025. Her leadership stems from her dedication, discipline, and initiative. She brings a people-first approach, anchored in open communication and integrity. Her goals for this branch include achieving sales targets, streamlining operations, and elevating client service. “Layunin kong mapanatili at higit pang pagandahin ang kalidad ng ating serbisyo,” she says.
Mary Rose Celedonio, who has been serving as the BH OIC of the Guiguinto branch since July 1, 2025, understands the weight of her responsibilities. She expects the role to challenge and stretch her personally and professionally. As for her team, she looks forward to unity, cooperation, and shared vision. “Unity on our goal. Iisa ang goals, iisa ang path na tinatahak. Mas malaki ang chance na maabot ang target na meron kami.”
