EverFirst’s Annual General Assembly 2025

EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF) was filled with excitement as it held its annual General Assembly on June 27–28, 2025, at Matabungkay Beach Hotel, Lian, Batangas. Centered around the theme Problema, Ambisyon, Bisyon, Sakripisyon, Komisyon, the event recognized the challenges, collective efforts, and best practices shared through the years. Although the company reached ₱783 million—surpassing the ₱780 million high target but falling slightly short of the ₱800 million stretch goal for a company day-tour—it remained a significant milestone worth celebrating. Thanks to the generosity of the president, Mr. Rey Angeles, the company outing still pushed through, reinforcing the spirit of unity and appreciation among employees.

Dressed in colorful summer attire, around 650 employees joined the gathering, including department heads from Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation: Ms. Luz Gastilo – HR manager, Mr. Sammy-Rowell Pablo – IT manager, Mr. Richie Chavez – finance manager, and Ms. Lorna Macalindol – chief accountant. The occasion became even more special with the presence of Mr. Rey Angeles and his wife, Mrs. Bee Angeles, VP for finance and administration.

The program was hosted by Mr. Rodel Casareno (approving officer), Ms. Rea Pascaran and Mr. Ronnie Arcilla (area supervisors), and Ms. Katrina Marie Sanglay (collection department head). It opened with the national anthem, a prayer, and a high-energy performance from the EverFirst Dance Troupe, followed by warm welcome remarks from the general manager, Ms. Charito Geguiera.

Two highlights of the event were the recognition of promoted employees and the awarding of outstanding individuals and top-performing branches in the following categories: Best Loan Consultant, Best Rider, Highest Rate in 13th Month Loans Granted, Highest Total Number of New Clients, and Highest Revenue Growth.

The event turned even more festive with special performances from EF employees: a boyband-inspired song number by selected employees from Audit, Collection, and Branch Operations; an all-male dance from various departments; and a lively dance performance from EverFirst heads representatives.

For the closing remarks, Mr. Rey Angeles and Mrs. Bee Angeles delivered heartfelt and inspiring messages for all employees. The EverFirst family presented them with a small gift of appreciation for their continued support and guidance.

After the awarding, employees enjoyed the resort’s beach, amenities, and water activities. The night was capped off with dinner, live band music, dancing, and celebration. The next day, everyone took time to relax and enjoy nature before heading home at noon.

The success of this event would not have been possible without the combined efforts of the program core team—composed of department heads and staff—led by Sectoral Operations Managers Ms. Krizia Mae Oliva, Mr. Elyjoy Conde, and Ms. Clatchel Joy Cosme.

The smiles and energy on everyone’s faces reflected the joy of reaping the rewards of their hard work— what EverFirst proudly calls “komisyon.” Fueled by this success, the EF team is even more driven to serve customers better, faster, and at less cost and to reach its goal of ₱905 million for 2025.
