Rockwell properties undergo FDAS refresher training with MSSI
By Giovanni Fermin

In a continued effort to support client satisfaction and operational excellence, Service Supervisor Jon Jon Meneses of MSSI conducted a refresher training, titled FDAS Basic and System Familiarization, on June 27, 2025, at Rockwell Sheridan.
The session was organized upon the request of Rockwell Land Corporation for its key property teams, with participants from various developments including 8 Rockwell, Sheridan, Santolan Town Plaza, and the Rockwell Area Managers.
The training aimed to refresh the participants’ knowledge of the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS)—a vital component in property safety and emergency readiness. By strengthening their understanding of the system, the training ensured that Rockwell’s property managers and engineers are equipped to respond effectively and maintain system reliability across all sites.
Beyond technical familiarization, the session also served as a strategic platform to highlight the importance of consistent preventive maintenance. By showcasing the benefits of engaging in regular system checks, MSSI hopes to encourage more properties under Rockwell to avail of its preventive maintenance services, ensuring optimal performance and reduced risk of system failure.
This initiative reflects MSSI’s commitment to client partnership, safety, and ongoing support, further reinforcing its role as a trusted service provider in the building technologies industry.
