Trust earned, excellence delivered: Victor Delos Reyes closes three major deals with top developers
by Francis Kenneth Billones

Sales Accounts Specialist Victor Delos Reyes has achieved an extraordinary milestone by closing three consecutive major deals with some of the country’s most prominent developers. These consecutive wins reflect not just his dedication and professionalism, but also the solid reputation that Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. has built in the building electronics and auxiliary systems industry.
The first project was awarded by Eton Properties Philippines Inc. for the ETON Centris Complex in Quezon City. Valued at ₱13 million, this project involves the supply and installation of a CCTV System to enhance the security of one of Eton’s flagship developments. The Purchase Order was issued on May 22, 2025, marking a significant engagement with a client known for high-quality commercial and mixed-use properties.
Just weeks later, Victor secured another project—this time with Bhavya Properties Inc., a subsidiary of Arthaland Corporation, for the Eluria Residences in Makati City. This ultra-high-end residential development entrusted Multi-Line with the supply and installation of CCTV System, Access Control System, and Parking Guidance System. The total contract value of ₱8.8 million was awarded on June 24, 2025, with the PO released on July 3, 2025. Eluria represents Arthaland’s commitment to sustainable luxury living, and Multi-Line’s involvement underscores its ability to deliver advanced, premium-grade system solutions.
The third deal followed swiftly, with a ₱7.6 million contract awarded by Makati Development Corporation (MDC) for the Trinoma Malls Expansion project in Quezon City. Multi-Line will install a CCTV System, along with a Public Address and Background Music System, reinforcing safety and enhancing the customer experience in one of Metro Manila’s busiest commercial hubs. The Notice of Award was received on July 10, 2025, capping off an impressive streak of wins across multiple key locations.
Victor credits his success to values and culture instilled at Multi-Line. “Nakatulong yung culture ng Multi-Line sa pag-build ng strong relationship and trust with the client at ang pagiging transparent. Yung hindi puro bola,” he said. “Kaya na-achieve ito dahil honest tayo makipag-usap sa client.” He shared a story about meeting a representative from Arthaland who initially doubted the company due to lack of prior engagements. “Sinabihan ako ng foreigner na taga-Arthaland na ‘I don’t know you—your company. You don’t have any projects with us.’ Ang sinagot ko, ‘I understand, but give us the opportunity and I’ll show you our background and proven track record so that you can trust Multi-Line with your building projects.’”
These recent wins go beyond just closing deals; they’re a reflection of what’s possible when values lead the way. Victor’s success highlights the strength of Multi-Line’s commitment to building lasting client relationships through expertise, hard work, and strong moral values. Each project won is the result of genuine effort, honest communication, and a deep understanding of client needs. Backed by Multi-Line’s proven track record, Victor’s approach has opened new opportunities and reinforced trust with some of the country’s top developers. It’s a clear reminder that when you stay committed and let your values guide your work, success follows.
Victor also extended his appreciation to the Engineering Department led by Engr. Allan De Mesa, as well as to his supervisor Mr. Mark Angelo Llamado and system design engineers Engr. Cezar Tapar, Engr. Patrick Bunao, Engr. Jan Louis Medina, Engr. Vince Nunki Bulaong, and Engr. Robert Roxas. Their technical support and expertise contributed significantly to the successful preparation of proposals, ensuring each project was backed by well-designed and reliable system solutions. Their collaborative effort helped strengthen client trust in Multi-Line’s capabilities.
