Blessing ceremony of the EverFirst Sector 3 office

On August 8, 2025, EverFirst Loans Corporation officially inaugurated its newest office in Parkway Corporate Center, Filinvest City, Alabang, which will serve as the headquarters for Sector 3, covering branches in the southern part of Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon Province.
The blessing was officiated by Fr. Julius Anave and attended by company executives, sector heads, and operations leaders. Distinguished guests included President Rey Angeles; VP for Finance and Administration Bee Angeles; HR Manager Luz Gastilo; Finance Manager Richie Chavez; IT Manager Sammy-Rowell Pablo; and General Manager Charito Geguiera. Also present were Sector 1 Operations Manager Elyjoy Conde; Sector 2 Operations Manager Clatchel Cosme; and the full Sector 3 leadership team headed by Operations Manager Krizia Mae Oliva.
The Sector 3 team members who will be based in the new office include District Managers Kayneth Joy Vigare, Minerva Piga, and Christian Rodelas, along with Area Supervisors Carlo Angelo Ramos, Mary Crisfel Francisco, Ronnie Arcilla, Cerish Sosa, Mari Cris Capalos, and Tatiana Onelia.
The program featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, blessing rites, and short messages highlighting the significance of the new facility. “This office is truly a blessing. Almost every day, meetings and trainings are held here. Before, the South Sector conducted sessions in small rooms in Tanauan, Las Piñas, and JP Rizal. Now, we have a comfortable space—and even in just a few weeks, the office has been fully utilized,” shared one of the leaders.
Situated on the 32nd Floor Penthouse, the 97-square-meter office has a panoramic view of Laguna de Bay and Muntinlupa. It features a dedicated training and conference room and includes two parking spaces. The building itself is recognized as a premium corporate address, with modern architecture, high-end facilities, and a prime location in Filinvest City, Alabang—home to top corporate offices, upscale residences, and retail centers in the south.
Officially operational since July 1, 2025, the EverFirst Parkway Office will bring operations heads closer to the branches they serve, providing a comfortable space for meetings and trainings for the whole sector.
