Setting the standard: MBI achieves top quality marks from MDC

Makati Development Corporation (MDC) recently released the results of its Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating (VPER) for Quality for the second quarter of 2025. The evaluation, conducted by MDC’s QA/QC team via the Procore system, measures the quality of work across all ongoing projects.

Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) is proud to share that two of its projects earned a perfect 100% rating for quality this quarter—a clear reflection of the teams’ dedication and hard work.

The first is Portico Tower 3 – The Ametrine, consistently recognized for its excellent workmanship. The project is led by Engr. Remelia Firme (Operations Manager), Engr. Erick Laurence Dimayuga (Project Manager), Engr. Luic Bryant Concepcion (Project Engineer), and Ms. Cristine Monsanto (QA/QC Engineer).

Achieving the same distinction is Gardencourt Residences Tower B, which likewise received a 100% Quality score. This was made possible through the efforts of Engr. Francis Kenneth Billones (Operations Manager), Engr. Deo Ligsay (Project Manager), Ms. Eleanor Jade Duran (Project Engineer), and Engr. Janxent Baral (QA/QC Engineer).

These achievements highlight MBI’s continued commitment to delivering projects with the highest quality standards. Congratulations to both project teams for this well-deserved recognition!
