Celebrating Loyalty: 2025 and 2026 Awardees

In Multi-Line Group, loyalty awards are granted to all personnel, regardless of rank or position, who have maintained an uninterrupted period of work for 5, 10, 15, or 20 years.

Employees completing 5 years of service receive a monthly award of ₱2,000.00, those with 10 years receive ₱2,500.00 per month, employees with 15 years receive ₱3,000.00 per month, and those with 20 years receive ₱3,500.00 per month.

Each awardee receives the award for 12 months, from January to December, following their anniversary year. All awardees are also presented with a plaque recognizing their years of service during the company Christmas Party.

This program provides a meaningful way for Multi-Line Group to recognize employees who have shown loyalty and long-term commitment to the company.

Multi-Line Group also warmly welcomes its 2026 loyalty awardees. Their dedication and commitment will be recognized this year, reflecting the company’s appreciation for long-term service. Beginning with the January 30, 2026 payroll, the awardees will start receiving their loyalty award, which will be released over a one-year period. The list of 2026 loyalty awardees is presented below.
