Multi-Line Services System, Inc. (MSSI) proudly welcomes two new service supervisors to its growing team: Mr. Joel Garduque and Engr. Arenas Cabusas, effective January 5, 2026. With their strong technical backgrounds, leadership experience, and commitment to excellence, they are expected to contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing and future projects.

Joel joined the company on January 5, 2021, as a service engineer. He earned a certification in Applied Computer Science from STI Laoag in 2004 and brings over twelve years of industry experience, including several years as a project in-charge.

Sharing his professional goal, Joel stated: “My goal is to effectively supervise service operations for auxiliary systems by ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, timely service delivery, and customer satisfaction while developing a competent and reliable service team.”

Joel will oversee Clusters 2, 12, 13, 14, and 15, covering the following areas: Pasay, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, Mindoro, Palawan, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon.

Jomer joined the company on January 5, 2026, as a service supervisor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Dagupan (formerly Colegio de Dagupan), which he completed in 2018. With seven years of field experience, Engr. Jomer previously served as an operations manager at a sanitary landfill for two years, where he oversaw daily operations, strengthening his leadership, operational planning, and facility maintenance expertise.

Reflecting on his personal and professional goals, Jomer shared: “As a service supervisor in Multi-Line, I believe that true professional success is not only measured by performance and results, but also by character and high moral values. My personal and professional goals are aligned with both the company’s core values and the 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit, which serve as my guiding principles in leadership and service. This alignment helps me become not only an effective service supervisor but also a leader with strong character, capable of contributing to the success and positive culture of the company.”

Jomer will be responsible for Clusters 8, 9, 10, and 11, which include Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Cagayan, Isabela, and Nueva Vizcaya.
