Jonathan Estacio joins FMC as Facilities and Property Manager

Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation (FMC) welcomes Jonathan Estacio as its new facilities and property manager, effective July 1, 2026. He reports directly to the president and joins the company with more than a decade of experience in facilities management.

A Civil Engineering graduate of Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation in 2011, Jonathan has built his career in the management of high-rise and commercial properties. His professional experience has equipped him with the technical knowledge and practical expertise needed to oversee facility operations and property maintenance.

At Multi-Line Group, Jonathan is responsible for the management and upkeep of the company’s facilities, helping ensure that they remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained. His role supports the company’s day-to-day operations by maintaining work environments that meet operational requirements and promote productivity.

The addition of Jonathan to the team reflects the company’s continued commitment to strengthening its support operations with experienced professionals.
