Multi-Line Group appoints new OIC supervisors for sales and service

The Multi-Line Group has appointed two new Officer-in-Charge (OIC) supervisors, effective July 1, 2026, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen leadership across the organization.
Maria Theresa “Matet” Allas has been appointed as OIC sales supervisor for the Sales Department of Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC), while Reiel Tañedo assumes the role of OIC service supervisor for the Service Department of Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI). Their appointments reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing dedicated employees and developing leaders from within the organization.
Maria Theresa “Matet” Allas Appointed OIC Sales Supervisor for Davao
Matet joined the Multi-Line Group in April 2023 as a sales engineer of MSC. In 2024, she transferred to MBI, where she further developed her expertise in sales and customer relations. She now returns to MSC as OIC sales supervisor for Davao, bringing valuable experience gained from both companies.
In her current role, Matet oversees department’s day-to-day sales operations, supervises the sales team, monitors the achievement of sales targets, strengthens customer relationships, and coordinates with other departments to support efficient sales processes. She reports directly to WorldCraft’s Sales and Operations Manager Marco Antonio Pedro Angeles.
As she assumes her new responsibilities, Matet aims to foster a workplace built on trust, integrity, accountability, and open communication. She also expressed her appreciation to her teammates and encouraged them to continue supporting one another in achieving shared goals.
Reiel Tañedo Assumes OIC Service Supervisor Role
Reiel joined MBI in January 2021 as a service technician. Over the past five years, he has demonstrated dedication and technical competence, leading to his appointment as OIC service supervisor.
Reiel now oversees service operations, coordinates with team members to ensure efficient project execution, monitors operational activities, and makes key decisions that support the department’s goals and objectives. He reports directly to Service Manager Paul William Alberto.
In his new role, Reiel aims to strengthen his team’s problem-solving capabilities through hard work and commitment. He believes these values will help the team become more efficient, responsible, and goal-oriented in delivering quality service to clients.
As Matet and Reiel begin serving in their respective leadership roles, they bring valuable experience, a commitment for continuous improvement, and a shared dedication to supporting their teams. Their appointments reflect the Multi-Line Group’s continued investment in developing capable leaders who contribute to the organization’s long-term growth and success.
