Multi-Line showcases building solutions to DMCI Homes and Robinsons Land Corporation

In June 2026, Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) conducted back-to-back product presentations for two of the country’s leading property developers—DMCI Homes and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC). The engagements strengthened industry partnerships while showcasing Multi-Line’s expanding portfolio of architectural and building solutions.
Technical Solutions for DMCI Homes
On June 24, 2026, MSC conducted a product presentation at the DMCI Homes office in Makati City, featuring the company’s WorldClass SPC Flooring and SPC Wall Panel solutions.
The presentation was led by Business Development Manager Ar. Rene John Asa, together with Business Development Assistant Ar. Noelle Mikaella Martin, with sales support from South Area District Sales Manager Mark Joseph Jabat. The team presented the technical specifications, applications, and installation methods of the products, emphasizing their durability, moisture resistance, low maintenance, and suitability as a modern alternative to conventional PVC flooring and engineered wood for residential and commercial developments.
Ar. Asa also introduced Multi-Line’s Reduced Customer Risk framework, emphasizing the company’s four decades of industry experience, total building solutions, nationwide service network, and long-standing partnerships with industry leaders. The discussion underscored Multi-Line’s commitment to providing technical expertise and project support from specification to implementation.
Integrated Solutions for Robinsons Land Corporation
MSC conducted another product presentation on June 30, 2026, at Robinsons Land Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City.
The presentation was led by Multi-Line President Rey Angeles, alongside with Ar. Asa and Mr. Jabat. Mr. Angeles opened the meeting with an overview of the Multi-Line Group, highlighting the company’s recent achievements, including its outstanding vendor performance ratings that reflects its commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Ar. Asa then presented MSC’s comprehensive product portfolio, which included roofing systems, aluminum composite panels (ACP), solid aluminum panels, SPC flooring and wall panels, bamboo charcoal boards, flexible stone tiles, and Urban Identity Lighting Systems (UILS) for commercial and mixed-use developments. The presentation demonstrated Multi-Line’s capability to provide integrated material and lighting solutions that address the evolving needs of the construction industry.
