HUMAN TOUCH PARA SA 40TH ANNIVERSARY
May tinuro ang aking mahal na ina nong ako ay estuyante pa sa Ateneo.
Human touch.
Ano ba ito? At bakit mahalaga ito sa buhay natin?
Habang lumalaki ang ating grupo, dumarami ang ating systems, policies, procedures, at ngayon pati AI — may isang bagay na hindi kailanman dapat mawala sa atin.
Ito ang Human Touch.
Sa ating trabaho araw-araw, madaling makita ang isa’t isang tao natin bilang:
Driver…
Rider…
Loan Processor…
Branch Head…
Sales Engineer…
Project Engineer…
Supervisor…
Manager…
Pero bago tayo maging empleyado — tayo ay tao muna.
May pamilya.
May pinagdadaanan.
May takot.
May pangarap.
May pinoprotektahan.
May inaasahang kinabukasan.
Human Touch is when:
👉 Hindi lang natin tinatanong, “Bakit ka late?”
Kundi, “Okay ka lang ba? May problema ba sa bahay?”
👉 Hindi lang natin sinasabi, “Hindi mo na-meet ang quota mo.”
Kundi, “Ano ang pinakamahirap sa trabaho mo this month? How can I help?”
👉 Hindi lang tayo nagbibigay ng utos —
Kundi nagbibigay ng pag-unawa, coaching, at encouragement.
Ang Human Touch ay:
Pakikinig sa hinaing.
Pagkilala sa effort, kahit maliit.
Pagrespeto sa guard, driver, messenger — gaya ng respeto natin sa manager at kliyente.
Dahil ang totoo:
Ang tao ay hindi nagiging loyal sa system.
Nagiging loyal sila sa taong nagparamdam na sila ay mahalaga.
Kapag ang isang tao ay nakaramdam na siya ay naiintindihan, nirerespeto, at pinahahalagahan —

MULTI-LINE AT 40
Looking back at forty years of faith, perseverance, hard work, challenges overcome, and dreams that were carried forward through the years, I realize that our greatest achievement is not simply that we have endured for forty years. It is that, along the way we have created opportunities, built relationships, supported families, and made a difference.
I am deeply grateful to God and to everyone who has walked with us through this remarkable journey.
To all who have believed in, worked for, supported and journeyed with Multi-Line, I celebrate this milestone with pride – and with hope for the generations yet to come. We have survived forty years and we have grown together, touched lives and built something that can endure beyond us.
Multi-Line was never meant to exist only for business success but also to create opportunities and make a difference in the lives of others.

40 years is more than a milestone, it is a testament to the vision, resilience, and people behind Filipinas Multi-Line.
I spent my summers working for Multi-Line in various roles from messenger and pahinante to filing clerk, CAD operator, loan processor, and loan consultant. In 1999, at 21, I officially began my career as Assistant to the President of EverFirst Lending Corp. Since then, I have moved through different companies and roles, growing alongside the organization.
Today, Filipinas Multi-Line celebrates 40 years, with four subsidiaries: MBI, MSC, EF, and WC. Much has changed and much will continue to change, but we remain guided by one belief:
“No one can predict to what heights you can soar, even you will not know, until you spread your wings.”
As we continue on the legacy, Multi-Line will continue to spread its wings, embrace change, and soar to greater heights through its people, leaders, and culture.
