Five employees retire after years of service at Multi-Line and EverFirst

Retirement marks the end of service for five employees of Multi-Line and EverFirst, whose combined years reflect long-standing contributions to the organization. They recently looked back on their careers, sharing lessons, milestones, and gratitude.

Mary Jean Boniel began as a filing clerk at Multi-Line in October 2015 before transferring to Multi-Line Structures Corp. (MSC) in January 2016. She considers joining the organization without a college degree one of her most meaningful accomplishments.

“Hindi madali para sa akin ang mga nagdaang taon sa aking trabaho, kasi hindi naman lahat ay tanggap ka. Pero ang lagi kong iniisip, ang may-ari ng company ang nagbigay sa’yo ng chance kaya kaya mo ’yan,” she shared.

Boniel encouraged employees to treat the company as their own through malasakit, appreciation, and dedication. She also expressed gratitude for completing 10 years of service.

Aileen Mojica spent 16 years as a loan consultant at EverFirst Pritil Branch. Her work taught her empathy, preparation, and perseverance, especially while assisting senior citizen clients with limited or no pension or savings.

“As a loan consultant, ang pinaka-natutunan ko ay ang pakikipagkapwa, na maging maunawain sa sitwasyon ng iba. Natutunan ko ding pahalagahan ang panahon ko sa kasalukuyan, mag-ipon upang magkaroon ng paghahanda sa pagtanda.”

Her work with senior citizens also encouraged her to prepare for retirement. Mojica thanked EverFirst for providing a livelihood that supported her family and helped pensioners access financial assistance.

Ruisito Guiuo Jr., known as “Kuya Bong,” served as a credit investigator and collector at EverFirst Commonwealth Branch for 23 years. Former colleagues described him as focused, principled, dedicated, and dependable.

His former branch head and current area supervisor, Hobert Santiago, recalled Guiuo’s strong work ethic and principles. John Ronald Gallardo, his former branch head at Commonwealth, also described him as reliable and attentive to clients in the field.

Johnny Gallardo joined EverFirst on October 14, 2003, and served in several branches and at Head Office. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping his two daughters finish college.

“Kaya laking pasasalamat ko sa EverFirst dahil kahit na ganito ang kalagayan ng antas ko sa buhay ay pinagkatiwalaan ang kakayahan kong maglingkod at magtrabaho.”

He also highlighted honesty and diligence as values he continues to practice.

Anwelda Enoy spent 25 years at EverFirst, beginning as a loan processor at Cainta Branch and later serving as branch head, area supervisor, district manager, and approving head.

Her most meaningful accomplishments involved helping employees grow and supporting the branches and teams she led.

“Para sa akin, iyon ang pinaka-mahalaga at pinaka-memorable na accomplishment—yung mga taong natulungan kong mag-grow, yung mga branches na na-support ko, at yung mga teams na sama-sama naming binuo at pinalakas.”

Enoy said her years at EverFirst strengthened her commitment to integrity, humility, teamwork, and malasakit.

The experiences of Boniel, Mojica, Guiuo, Gallardo, and Enoy reflect the contributions employees make throughout their careers. Their service supported their teams, clients, and families and contributed to Multi-Line and EverFirst.

Retirement now begins a new chapter for each of them.
