MSC and AIDEA explore building innovation in first meeting

On August 7, 2026, Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) held its first meeting with AIDEA, Inc. The meeting brought together the President of Multi-line (ML) Rey Angeles, Business Development Manager Rene John Asa, Sales Engineer Edward Laxa, and AIDEA Principal and CEO Abelardo “Jojo” M. Tolentino to discuss leadership, organizational culture, and building innovation.

Angeles shared ML’s approach to strengthening organizational culture and developing its people. He also introduced ML’s Enculturation Program, which focuses on developing future leaders and strengthening employee ownership, shared purpose, and belonging across the organization.

The discussion then turned to the future of architecture and development. Tolentino shared AIDEA’s approach to intelligent buildings, which integrates technology, smart systems, sustainability, and human-centered design to improve building efficiency, occupant experience, and long-term performance.

Angeles also introduced its Urban Identity Lighting Systems (UILS) and presented a rendered visualization of One Vertis Plaza to demonstrate how the system can enhance a building’s façade and visual identity through dynamic architectural lighting.

The first meeting between ML and AIDEA provided an opportunity for both teams to exchange ideas on leadership, design, technology, and building solutions, while establishing a foundation for potential collaboration.
