Rechiel Dolana takes on new role as Financial Analysis and Planning Manager

Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation (FMC) welcomes Rechiel Dolana to her new role as financial analysis and planning manager, effective August 17, 2026. Rechiel joined the company in June 2016 and brings 10 years of experience within the organization, building her expertise in credit and collection and financial operations.

In her new role, Rechiel will oversee sales and billing projections, revenue forecasting, project financial monitoring, KPI tracking, cash-flow forecasting, and management reporting. She will also coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project Implementation, and Credit and Collection departments to support accurate projections, timely billing, cost control, and the achievement of financial targets. She will report to Finance Manager Richie Chavez.

As Rechiel steps into this new role, the Multi-Line Group looks forward to her continued contributions and expertise in strengthening financial planning, monitoring, and reporting. Her appointment marks another step in her 10-year journey with the organization and reflects the value of developing and recognizing talent from within.
