From February 4 to 6, 2026, industry partners from across the Philippines and neighboring countries gathered in Bangkok, Thailand for the Honeywell Building Automation Annual Partner Conference 2026. The three-day event focused on innovation, collaboration, and the future of smart buildings. Engr. Remelia Firme represented Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) alongside partners across ASEAN and East Asia.

MBI participated to stay updated on advancements in building automation, life-safety, and security technologies. The conference enhanced technical knowledge for future project implementation, strengthened collaboration with Honeywell and regional partners, and identified solutions that can improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of building systems in the Philippines. The participation reinforced the company’s commitment to delivering modern, future-ready, and value-driven solutions to its clients.

Among the technologies presented was the NOTIFIER INSPIRE intelligent fire alarm platform, designed for modern and complex facilities. The system features advanced detection analytics, a modern workstation interface, scalable architecture, and improved cybersecurity readiness. It supports hospitals, high-rise buildings, and large campuses requiring dependable life-safety monitoring.

Honeywell also showcased Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS), a cloud-based platform that enables remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, automated documentation, and mobile service tools for fire alarm systems. The solution helps minimize downtime and supports preventive and data-driven service management.

Another featured solution was Honeywell Forge, an enterprise performance platform that uses analytics and connected data to monitor energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, and enhance occupant comfort. The platform also supports sustainability initiatives in modern facilities.

The conference also introduced Lenel Security Systems, Honeywell’s integrated security platform. The system unifies access control, video surveillance, alarm monitoring, and identity credential management into a single command center, allowing organizations to manage physical security and operational awareness more effectively.

The event concluded with a recognition segment honoring Honeywell’s partners across different countries and highlighted the trust and collaboration in delivering dependable building technologies.

Through the participation of Engr. Firme, MBI strengthened its technical capability and partnership with Honeywell and continued advancing its mission to provide safer, smarter, and more connected building solutions in the Philippines aligned with its vision of growth with purpose.
