Multi-Line Journal 2026: Honoring the outstanding theses from top-performing architecture and interior design schools
By Rochelle Dycoco

Multi-Line continues strengthening its commitment to support the next generation of designers. What began in 2024 as an initiative recognizing outstanding architecture theses has grown into a broader celebration of academic excellence.
In 2026, the program now includes both architecture and interior design schools, and highlights graduating students whose research and design thinking show strong potential in the profession.
Based on the results of the January and June 2025 Architecture Licensure Examination (ALE) and the July 2026 Interior Design Licensure Examination (IDLE), eight architecture schools and two interior design institutions from the top-performing schools accepted the invitation to participate in Multi-Line’s annual corporate journal feature. Each school nominated its best thesis from Academic Year 2024–2025, and the selected works featured in the Multi-Line Journal and on the company website, giving students extended exposure and recognition for one year.
Participating architecture schools include National University Manila, Cavite State University, Palawan State University, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Technological University of the Philippines – Manila, MAPUA Malayan Colleges Laguna, University of Nueva Caceres, and the University of the Cordilleras, and La Consolacion College – Bacolod and the SoFA Design Institute for interior design
Throughout February, the Multi-Line team visited campuses across Metro Manila, Northern Luzon, and Southern Luzon to personally deliver journals and meet the students and mentors behind the selected theses.

Upcoming Campus Engagements
In the coming weeks, Multi-Line will continue outreach to the remaining partner institutions, including MAPUA Malayan Colleges Laguna, Cavite State University, Palawan State University, and La Consolacion College – Bacolod. Campus visits are being coordinated, and journals are being shipped to ensure that all participating schools receive their official copies and recognition materials.
Building the Future Together
More than a journal feature, the program has become a bridge between education and industry—celebrating young designers while strengthening Multi-Line’s partnerships with academic institutions nationwide. By honoring these theses, Multi-Line reaffirms its belief that innovation begins in the classroom and that today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders in architecture and design.
