Safety Awareness Seminar and Training across all warehouse personnel
By Kimberly Tianzon

On January 31, 2026, the warehouse team, headed by Ritchel Bolina, conducted a Safety Awareness Seminar and Training from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., aimed at strengthening warehouse personnel’s knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and reinforcing safety as a top priority in daily operations.
The morning session was held online, with participants joining from their respective warehouses—Mindanao Avenue, Balintawak, Pag-asa, Imus, CDO, and DDO—allowing teams to coordinate effectively. Marvin Gorneo, warehouse supervisor of Cebu, and Christian Revson Malabanan, warehouse supervisor of Pag-asa, facilitated the discussion, sharing practical insights on workplace safety, hazard identification, and compliance with OSH protocols.
After the discussion, participants applied the concepts in hands-on exercises at their warehouses, reinforcing proper safety procedures and emergency response measures.
A total of 68 participants attended: 22 from Mindanao Avenue, 17 from Balintawak, 7 from Pag-asa, 6 from Imus, 9 from CDO, and 7 from DDO. Their active participation reflects the teams’ commitment to promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Through initiatives like this, the company equips its workforce with the knowledge and skills necessary to minimize risks, improve operational efficiency, and deliver faster, safer, and more cost-effective service to our customers.
