EverFirst awardees of Quarterly Challenge on New Clients and Revenue

EverFirst continues to grow through the dedication of its branches, whose teams consistently reach new customers and exceed performance targets. To recognize these achievements, the company held an awarding ceremony for the Branch Quarterly Challenge (2nd and 3rd Quarter of 2025) on March 13, 2026 at Maginhawa, Diliman, Quezon City. The event honored branches that excelled in acquiring new clients and surpassing revenue targets.

For the Hit the Revenue Target Challenge, several branches exceeded 110% of both the quarterly high target and the cumulative target.

In the second quarter, the following branches each received ₱4,000.00:

  • Sta. Maria (led by Eduardo Lalis Jr.)
  • Binangonan (headed by Julius Garcia)
  • Floodway (led by Jessie Soriano)
  • Cabuyao (headed by Mary Joy Merilo)

In the third quarter:

Each received ₱4,000.00

  • Doña Soledad (led by Maria Vergel Lumay) achieved 111.83%
  • Paco (headed by Mailyn Tagasa) reached 118.96%

Each received ₱5,000.00

  • Cabuyao (headed by Mary Joy Merilo) reached 120.94%
  • Calamba (led by Ana Liza Balnaja) achieved 121.32%

For the Total Number of New Clients, the Cabuyao branch, led by Mary Joy Merilo, and the Calamba branch, headed by Ana Liza Balnaja, both reached the hurdle of acquiring at least 40 new clients within the quarter. The Cabuyao branch recorded 43 new clients, while the Calamba branch achieved 40 new clients, with both branches receiving ₱8,000.00 each for their outstanding performance.

To conclude the program, the company president reminded everyone of the importance of readiness and perseverance, emphasizing that, “Success happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

The ceremony ended on a high note, celebrating not only the winners of the quarterly challenge but also the collective achievement of EverFirst as the contest approaches its close on March 31, 2026.
