Last April 13, 2026, Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) conducted a product presentation for the engineering team of Robinsons Malls, featuring the Earthquake Recording Instrument—Gecko.

Service Manager Paul William Alberto, together with Engr. Rafael Palma and Rogelio Caraig, service supervisors for NCR South and NCR North, represented MBI. They engaged the engineering team led by Engr. Neil Humprey Lachica, senior director and head of the technical facilities department, and Engr. Percival Pangan, engineer operations head.

The team showcased Gecko as a reliable earthquake recording solution backed by Multi-Line’s 40 years of technical expertise. They emphasized its compliance with national standards, proven installations across private and government sectors, and the company’s end-to-end services—from supply and installation to certification and preventive maintenance.

Engr. Lachica expressed strong interest in the system and requested a list of completed Gecko projects along with proof of authorized distributorship. This engagement strengthened alignment between both teams and sets the stage for continued collaboration.
