On April 8, 2026, Aurelio Angeles was invited to speak at the 3rd MAP Summit on Shared Prosperity. The Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) is a prestigious organization composed of top-level executives and business leaders from various industries in the country.

During the summit, Mr. Angeles joined a distinguished panel alongside respected leaders such as Patrick Adriel Aure of PHINMA-DLSU Center for Business and Society and Sonny Coloma of Manila Bulletin. The panel discussed how Filipino values drive performance and shared prosperity in real business settings.

In his opening statement, Mr. Angeles emphasized that leaders are not only responsible for running companies but also for helping build the nation. He explained that values gain meaning through daily practice, measurable systems, and strong integration into company culture.

Drawing from his experience in Multi-Line, Mr. Angeles shared a practical principle — Problema, Ambisyon, Bisyon, Sakripisyo, Komisyon — to illustrate how organizations can translate values into discipline, accountability, and consistent execution. He stressed that people and culture—not just technology or capital—drive true competitiveness.

The invitation to speak at the summit was extended by MAP officer Jun Cabochan, who also attended Multi-Line’s 40th anniversary celebration at Grand Hyatt Manila. Mr. Angeles concluded that when leaders build value-driven organizations, they contribute not only to business success but also to national progress.
