MSC welcomes Nathaniel “Neil” Tagle as Engineering Manager

Engr. Nathaniel Myles “Neil” Tagle joins Multi-Line Structures Corporation as the new engineering manager on March 23, 2026. He is a licensed Civil Engineer with solid experience in engineering and construction, bringing a practical and results-driven approach.
Neil holds a double bachelor’s degree, one in Management from Ateneo de Manila University (2012) and another in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas (2018). With this strong academic foundation, he combines technical expertise with strategic thinking—an important balance in delivering quality and efficient project outcomes.
Throughout his career, Neil has handled a wide range of projects, including warehouses, commercial buildings, roadworks, and large-scale developments. His experience spans engineering, project management, quantity surveying, and safety, giving him a well-rounded perspective in managing both technical and operational demands.
As the engineering manager, Neil leads MSC’s engineering and estimating teams, ensuring accurate cost estimates, strong technical proposals, and high-quality execution. He supports projects from bidding to completion, continuously driving improvements in systems, standards, and overall performance.
Neil reports directly to President Rey Angeles, and is expected to play a key role in strengthening his team’s capabilities and delivering better project results.
With his addition, MSC continues to strengthen its engineering excellence and deliver greater value across projects.
