A new company record: Victor Delos Reyes secures ₱75.75M Greenbelt 1 Redevelopment Project

Sales Engineer Victor Delos Reyes has secured a major contract for Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. after successfully closing a Php 75,750,000.00 project with MDTK Corporation for the Greenbelt 1 Redevelopment Project.

The contract covers the supply and installation of the project’s Closed-Circuit Television System (CCTV), Background Music and Public Address System (BGM/PA), and Structured Cabling System, reinforcing Multi-Line’s capability in delivering integrated auxiliary building systems for large-scale developments.

This achievement now marks the largest single contract secured in Multi-Line’s history, surpassing the previous record of Php 72,500,000.00 for the Velaris Residences project earlier closed by Sales Engineer Nathaniel Oliva. Aside from setting a new company record, the project also reflects the continued trust of major developers and contractors in Multi-Line’s work and experience in the industry.

MDTK Corporation is a joint venture between Makati Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., and Takenaka Corporation, one of Japan’s well-known general contractors. Takenaka has handled numerous projects worldwide and has also been involved in several infrastructure developments in the Philippines, including Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 and Bacolod-Silay Airport.

Securing the Greenbelt 1 Redevelopment Project further strengthens Multi-Line’s relationship with respected industry partners and highlights its continued commitment to providing reliable solutions for major developments in the country.
