Multi-Line Systems Services, Inc. (MSSI) secured a ₱10-million contract with Alveo Land for the rehabilitation of the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) at Maridien Towers 1 and 2 in Taguig City. The project was officially awarded on April 17, 2026 and is scheduled for completion within 120 calendar days.
The project covers the rehabilitation and restoration of the FDAS network, including repair of the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), replacement of defective devices, installation of new horizontal risers, relocation of zone modules, re-harnessing and wire tagging of FDAS risers, preventive maintenance, and system re-programming, testing, and commissioning. This followed MSSI’s previous FDAS works at Maridien Towers and other Ayala Land properties.
Service Engineer Roger Sim and Service Supervisor Joel Garduque of MSSI lead the project implementation and oversee site works.
The project aims to restore full FDAS functionality at the property and ensure reliable system performance to support the safety and protection of the building.
With the new rehabilitation project, MSSI continues to reinforce its reputation as a trusted partner in delivering dependable fire safety systems for property developments.
