Multi-Line showcases innovative building solutions to SMDC Design Department

On April 17, 2026, Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) conducted a product presentation at the SM Development Corporation (SMDC) Design Department in Pasay City, strengthening industry connections and showcasing the company’s expanding portfolio of architectural and urban lighting solutions.
Led by Multi-Line President Mr. Rey Angeles, together with Business Development Manager Ar. Rene John Asa, Business Development Assistant Ar. Noelle Mikaela Martin, District Sales Manager for South Area Mark Joseph Jabat, and Sales Engineer Danica Limsa, the meeting highlighted Multi-Line’s commitment to delivering innovative products for modern developments.
Ar. Martin presented MSC’s key product lines, focusing on interior finishing solutions including WPC panels, SPC floor and wall panels, bamboo charcoal boards, flexible stone tiles, and other material innovations designed to meet evolving architectural and construction needs, including SMDC residential projects.
Ar. Asa introduced YD Illumination’s product offerings, featuring Urban Lighting Identity System (UILS), which includes LED linear lights, wall washers, pixel and point lights, floodlights, media façade lighting systems, and intelligent lighting controls. These solutions are designed for applications such as building façades, bridges, landmarks, parks, tourist attractions, and dynamic media façade displays.
Supporting the presentation from the sales side, Mr. Jabat and Ms. Limsa provided product pricing, coordination, and client support to help align solutions with project requirements.
During the meeting, Mr. Angeles shared Multi-Line’s vision and leadership insights, personally introducing the company and presenting his book Where to From Here?, emphasizing the organization’s forward-thinking philosophy.
This engagement with SMDC marks another step in MSC’s ongoing efforts to expand partnerships, provide cutting-edge material and lighting solutions, and support the future of design and construction in the Philippines.
