On June 5, 2026, 794 EverFirst employees, leaders, and guests gathered at the Bulacan Convention Center for the Annual General Assembly. Guided by the theme Malayo na, Malayo Pa, the company celebrated its achievements while setting its sights on future goals.

General Manager Charito Geguiera welcomed attendees and highlighted the significance of the gathering as a time to reflect on the organization’s successes and aspirations for the future.

Distinguished guests and leaders who graced the event included Aurelio Angeles, president; Ma. Lourdes Angeles, vice president for finance and admin; Richie Chavez, finance manager; Luz Gastilo, HR manager; Sammy Rowell Pablo, IT manager; Daisy Rose Javier, training and people development manager; and John Paul Lagado, head for creative and production. Their presence reflected their support for employees and commitment to the organization’s continued growth.

The president’s message, which centered on Pasasalamat, captured everyone’s attention. His speech reminded employees that gratitude goes far beyond simply saying “thank you or “salamat.” He emphasized that people demonstrate gratitude not only through words but also through the value they create, the goals they achieve, and the positive impact they leave on the organization and the people around them.

Throughout the assembly, EverFirst showcased its accomplishments, including its 2025 sales achievement of ₱951 million. The event also featured video presentations, intermission numbers, and numerous award ceremonies recognizing top-performing branches, supervisors, managers, and employees across various categories. Awardees shared their best practices and insights, encouraging everyone to learn from one another and strive for excellence.

The assembly also celebrated newly promoted employees, recognized the Trip to Osaka winners, announced targets for 2026–2027, and provided opportunities for fellowship through shared meals and photo sessions.

The success of the event was made possible through the support of M&M Catering, Webster Ceballos and his team from Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc., Arch. Rene John Asa and his team from Multi-Line Structures Corporation, and the event hosts Junyl Añube, Mariane Pineda, Angel Rose Gozon and Rea Pascaran. The company also recognized Armida Jatap for leading the event from conceptualization to execution as committee chairperson.

The Annual General Assembly was more than just a gathering—it was a celebration of achievements, a reflection on the spirit of gratitude, and a reminder that while EverFirst has already come a long way, the journey toward greater success continues.
