EverFirst goes to Morong, Bataan: Sales goal smashed, team spirit unleashed!

As a reward for exceeding its 2025 sales target, EverFirst held a team building and company outing on June 12-13, 2026, at Morong Star Resort in Morong, Bataan. 621 employees joined the overnight event.

The program began with an assembly, team presentations, and energetic cheers from the four competing groups: Team Kindness (green), Team Joy (yellow), Team Peace (blue), and Team Love (red). Following the opening prayer, welcome remarks, and the Oath of Sportsmanship, participants eagerly took part in a day filled with fun and exciting Larong Pinoy–inspired activities.

Employees showcased their leadership, teamwork, creativity, and competitive spirit through a variety of traditional Filipino games, including sack race relay, Chinese garter, patintero, luksong tinik, tug of war, tumbang preso, kadang-kadang relay, and many more. Sports events such as volleyball, basketball, and swimming pool relay added to the excitement and camaraderie throughout the day.

The team-building activities fostered healthy competition and strengthened relationships among employees from different departments. The event highlighted the values of cooperation, unity, and sportsmanship that continue to drive the company’s success.

After a series of competitions, Team Kindness claimed the championship title, followed by Team Joy in second place, Team Peace in third place, and Team Love in fourth place.
