A proud moment for MSC: Earning a perfect cost performance rating from MDC
By Francis Kenneth Billones
Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) received recognition from Makati Development Corporation (MDC) after achieving a Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating (VPER) for Cost of 100% Total Achieved Score and a PASSED rating for the COG 1 Ayala Center Cebu Reinvention Project for the first quarter of 2026.
The rating reflects the MSC’s consistency in handling important project requirements, including timely billings, complete billing attachments, quick reconciliation, timely approvals, compliance with the “No WAO, No CO” and “No PO, No Work” principles, and proper documentation for change order claims.
According to Engr. Michael Florendo, who served as both Operations Manager and Project Manager for the project, the 100% rating was achieved through timely submission, complete documentation, quick response to variation orders, and readiness to attend reconciliation anytime. He shared that the team made sure that processes were acted upon in less than 24 hours.
The project was handled by Engr. Florendo together with Project Engineer Engr. Reggle Gomez and the MSC project team, whose coordination and accountability helped make this achievement possible.
Congratulations to MSC and the Ayala Center Cebu Reinvention Project team for this well-deserved recognition. May this achievement continue to inspire us to work with consistency, professionalism, and pride in every project we handle.
