Arnel Cruz retires but continues service with Multi-Line

Arnel Cruz, project engineer of Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI), has officially retired from the company after more than seven years of service.
Arnel joined the company on September 25, 2018 and has since contributed to various project requirements under MBI. Throughout his tenure, he provided technical support and assisted in the implementation of various projects in South Luzon.
Under company policy, employees may retire upon reaching 55 years of age or 25 years of service, whichever comes first, with a minimum of five years of service. Arnel qualified under the age category after turning 55 on January 22, 2026. With more than seven years of service, he was granted retirement benefits and was approved to continue rendering service.
A simple awarding ceremony was held for Arnel on June 1, 2026 at the Blue Room of the Calderon Building. Present during the event were President Rey Angeles, Project Manager Von Kevin Palo, Operations Manager for PID–North Remelia Firme, General Manager Dino Maghirang, HR Manager Luz Gastilo, HR Assistant Rina Dimafelix, and several representatives from the sales and business development team.
Arnel’s journey reflects dedication and continuity of service, highlighting his contribution to the company’s ongoing projects and operations.
The company extends its appreciation for his service and wishes him continued success in his ongoing role.
