Multi-Line Group presents to Ayala Land as a trusted total building solutions partner

On June 3, 2026, Multi-Line Group conducted a product presentation at Ayala Land, Inc.’s Construction Management Group in Makati City, providing an opportunity to strengthen industry partnerships and introduce the company’s architectural, lighting, and building systems solutions.
Led by Multi-Line President Rey Angeles, together with Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) General Manager Engr. Dino Maghirang and Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) Business Development Manager Ar. Rene John Asa, the meeting highlighted the company’s solutions for modern building developments. The presentation was attended by Engr. Darwin Salipsip, head of the Construction Management Group of Ayala Land, Inc., and his team.
Also present were WorldCraft Furniture and Fittings Corporation Operations and Sales Manager Marco Angeles, MSC Operations Manager Engr. Michael Florendo, MBI Engineering Manager Engr. Allan De Mesa, MSC District Sales Manager for South Area Mark Joseph Jabat, MBI Sales Manager for South Area Jason Pascual, and MBI Sales Accounts Specialist Victor Delos Reyes.
Mr. Rey Angeles presented an overview of the company and highlighted recent accomplishments of the Multi-Line Group. He shared that MSC achieved a 100% Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating from Makati Development Corporation (MDC) during the first quarter of 2026. He also noted that MBI attained a 100% Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating from both the Malacañang Asset Management Office under the Office of the President in 2024 and Alveo Land during the second quarter of 2025.
Representing MBI, Engr. Maghirang discussed the company’s vision as a digital total solutions provider for safe, smart, and efficient buildings. He highlighted MBI’s building technology solutions, including life safety and security systems, smart building management systems, communication and network infrastructure, parking management systems, professional audio and stage lighting systems, and LED display solutions.
Ar. Asa introduced MSC’s key product lines, including DreamX and 3D Embossed Textured ACP, WPC panels, SPC flooring and wall panels, bamboo charcoal boards, flexible stone tiles, and other material solutions designed for modern construction projects. He also presented YD Illumination’s Urban Identity Lighting System (UILS), featuring LED linear lights, wall washers, point lights, floodlights, media façade lighting systems, and intelligent lighting controls for building façades, bridges, landmarks, parks, and other public spaces.
Supporting the presentation from the sales side, Mr. Jabat, Mr. Pascual, and Mr. Delos Reyes discussed product pricing, project coordination, and client support services to help align solutions with Ayala Land’s project requirements.
Following the presentation, Mr. Marco Angeles, together with Engr. Salipsip and members of the Construction Management Group, continued discussions over dinner, providing an opportunity to further explore potential areas of collaboration.
The meeting allowed both parties to exchange ideas and discuss possible opportunities for future projects. It also enabled Multi-Line Group to share its capabilities and solutions that support modern and sustainable building developments in the Philippines.
