Christian Paul is a dedicated and creative interior design graduate who earned his Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Philippine Women’s College of Davao (PWC-Davao). During his academic journey, he was recognized as Best in Furniture Design for his excellence in creating functional and visually appealing furniture pieces. With skills in space planning, furniture design, and material selection, he is passionate about designing spaces that enhance user experience and reflect meaningful concepts.

Thesis Adviser

IDr. Mariz Anne is a licensed Interior Designer and educator based in Davao City, Philippines. She serves as Program Head of the Interior Design program at Philippine Women’s College of Davao and Director for Professional Practice of the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) Mindanao Chapter. With experience in interior design, design management, visual merchandising, and academic leadership, she is committed to advancing design education and industry-responsive practices.

Lugás nga Kinaadman explores the use of Ananas comosus (pineapple) leaf fiber as a sustainable alternative material for decorative wall panels in interior design. The study focuses on extracting and processing pineapple leaf fibers into composite panels suitable for interior applications. It evaluates the panels’ strength, durability, aesthetic appeal, and potential to replace conventional wall-finishing materials that often rely on non-renewable and environmentally harmful components.
