Ma. Daniella is one of the most distinguished achievers of her batch from BPSU, having earned the title Top 1 Overall Best Thesis along with recognitions as Best in Architectural Thesis Deliberation in 2025 and 2026. She further enhanced her professional competence through design workshops and specialized training becoming a Certified Safety Officer 2 who integrates safety, sustainability, and functionality into every project. At the heart of her practice, she holds that purpose always guides design, and besides creating complex forms, she believes even the simplest, cleanest structures can carry striking beauty and distinct character, making every designs efficient, timeless, and truly unforgettable.

Ar. Rafael is a Filipino architect working in Singapore as an Associate in AWP Pte Ltd. His work focuses on the planning and design of high-density residential and mixed-use developments from schematic design to handover. He specializes in BIM, Sustainability and Project Management.

PROJECT BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The proposed Start-Up Incubation and Innovation Complex is a mixed-use development designed to strengthen the province’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by establishing a centralized hub for innovation, business development, and collaborative learning, while supporting partnerships among academia, government, industry, investors, and emerging enterprises.

Guided by climate-responsive design principles and aligned with national innovation policies and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the project advances objectives related to quality education, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, sustainable cities and communities, and partnerships for the goals. In the long term, it seeks to accelerate startup success and development, generate employment opportunities, and strengthen Bataan’s competitiveness as an emerging innovation hub in Central Luzon
