To ignite a spirit of competitiveness across all EverFirst branches during the third quarter of the year, four quarterly challenges have been introduced, each offering a reward ranging from P3,000.00 – P4,000.00. These challenges include Hit the Revenue Target, Total Number of New Clients, Total Number of Referrers and Hit the Productivity Ratio.

For the Hit The Revenue Target Challenge, branches must hit the assigned revenue target for the quarter as well as the cumulative year-to-date revenue target. Meanwhile, revenues credited within the quarter that become past due on the current quarter shall be deducted from the calculation.

In the Total Number of New Clients Challenge, branches must meet only one criterion, which is to acquire a minimum of 40 new clients per quarter.
