By Francis Kenneth Billones

Ayala Land Inc. has recently granted approval for the renewal of vendor accreditation to Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) through Dun & Bradstreet, extending its accreditation validity until March 20, 2025. MBI’s successful accreditation renewal reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its collaboration with Ayala Land Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Joy Moreno, Contract Management Group (CMG) Assistant, with the guidance of Ms. Mardine Sabandal, Officer-in-charge CMG Supervisor, led the careful preparation and submission of renewal documents to Dun & Bradstreet. These documents included forms like the Vendor Registration Form, Business Registration, Audited Financial Statements, and others. The application was submitted on March 13, 2024 and received approval on March 20, 2024.

Aside from the CMG department, there are other key persons involved in this victory. Mr. Paul William Alberto, MBI service manager and his team also had an integral part in this success, as they handle Ayala Property Management Corporation for their after-sales and preventive maintenance requirements.

Mr. Victor Delos Reyes, the sales account specialist for Ayala Land also played a crucial role in the accreditation renewal as he manages the Ayala Land account and its subsidiaries like Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land Corporation, Avida Land Corporation, Makati Development Corporation and others.
