Asis becomes a MikroTik Certified Network Associate

Multi-Line’s IT Technician Ryan Asis, participated in the MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) Certification Training on February 14, 15 and 16, 2024 in Cainta, Rizal. The MTCNA training is led by MikrtoTik, an internationally-renowned company providing hardware and software systems suited for Internet connectivity.
The MTCNA training covers networking topics including setting up routers, configuring firewalls, managing bandwidth, and securing wireless connections. For Asis, it is a chance to dive into these fundamentals and explore new technologies.
“My goal is to expose myself with the new technologies of networking,” Asis explains. “And this training seems to be the perfect starting point since it provides a practical knowledge that I can immediately apply in my work.”
Throughout the session, Asis learned about the various networking aspects, from basic configurations to advanced firewall rules and Quality of Service (QoS) implementations.
Armed with newfound skills, Asis is eager to implement his newfound knowledge to his department. He also emphasizes his dedication to sharing these information with his colleagues, allowing them to develop strategies to enhance the security and performance of the company network.
Asis’ participation in the MTCNA Certification Training shows that Multi-Line IT employees are committed to furthering their education and advancing their career.
