Multi-Line Structures Corporation held an Enculturation event at their Cebu Depot Operations (CDO) on February 16 to 18, 2024. The event gathered 22 team members, each committed to understanding the company’s values better.
Led by speakers Mr. Ritchel Bolina, the FAAP Manager, and Ms. Leonora Acero, the Operations Manager, the Enculturation tackled Multi-Line’s company culture and mindset. During the three-day event, team members got a chance to collaborate with each other while knowing more about the company. They discussed what MSC stands for and how they could all work together to give better service to the customers.
The Manila head office employees also played a big role in this event, serving as the support system for their CDO counterparts. The Enculturation had a big impact on streamlining CDO’s operations, as well as their work efficiency.
Overall, the event showed how important it is for MSC to have a strong team spirit. Everyone left feeling more connected to the company’s goals. As MSC continues to grow, the friendships formed during the event will help the team succeed in the future.
