At the age of 27, he became MSC’s Chief Accountant. Being grateful for the opportunity that Multi-Line has given him, paired with his excitement to grow, he immediately developed a goal for himself, for his people, and for the company. He wanted to promote awareness on how valuable the work of an Accountant is or his department to the over-all growth and success of the company. He wanted to make timely financial reporting in order for management to make reliable decisions based on it and ensure compliance with outside parties such as the government in order to strengthen the company’s linkages. He wanted to polish the Control Environment of MSC in order to ensure accuracy, consistency, uniformity and objectivity in the company’s Financial Performance and Position.

He considers effective communication with his teammates and maintaining synergy in the department as the first step towards realizing these goals.

Despite having massive experiences both in life, and at work, Mr. Gonzaga doesn’t consider himself successful as he is someone who continues to seek improvement and is always looking forward into realizing the company’s goal and vision that he’s in. To be able to create an impact within his department, inspiring his teammates to be excellent, competent and versatile is his current definition of success, and began taking his first step towards it last October 17, 2022.

He is thankful to the management for entrusting MSC to him.
