A multi-million peso project awarded to MSC

To finally win the bid and be awarded the project is considered a culmination of a month-long or even a year-long journey towards the result of the team’s effort and investment of time and skills for a particular project.
Last February 2023, Mr. Edward Laxa, the Product Sales Consultant of MSC for 3 years, has closed a million-worth of contract with one of the leading real estate and property developer in the country, the Robinsons Land Corporation. MSC is set to provide aluminum composite panels to one of RLC’s residential towers, The Aurora Escalades Tower. The said tower which is currently under construction is a residential property that will offer short-term and long-term leasing to all its units once completed. It is located along Aurora Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City.
MSC received an invitation to bid from the client last May 2022. They then submitted a quotation, joining a number of bidders, last September 2022. They made it through the initial shortlisting of bidders and was invited to a meeting by November 2022.
The final bidding happened last December 2022. And finally, being the only bidder to meet the standard and qualifications of the client, they were finally hailed as the winner of the said bidding and was awarded a multi-million peso project last February 2023.
It had cost them almost ten months of repetitive meetings and several resubmissions of quotations before finally sealing a deal with RLC, but as what Allan Rufus said, “Hardwork does not go unnoticed, and someday the rewards will follow”.
Aside from Edward, other people behind the success of this project are:
Mr. Louie Valenzuela, the Sales Manager; Engr. John Dave Bisquera, the Estimator; Mr. Ralph Aldrin Dacara, the Team Leader; and Mr. Aljun Austria, the Engineering Manager.
