Harley Jane Premarion: Taking a higher career step

Effective February 1, 2024, Harley Jane Premarion is the new Audit Supervisor of EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF).
Premarion started in EverFirst on July 12, 2021 as an Internal Audit Assistant. Prior to joining EF, she had already been exposed in audit-related tasks. For almost seven years, she has gained the skills, knowledge, experience, and confidence to embrace the new challenge of leading the EF audit team.
When she was asked of her motivation in accepting the higher position, she mentioned, “After gaining the courage, I am ready to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new challenges and responsibilities that will help me develop my skill set and advance my career goals as an Internal Auditor.”
She also added her plans as the new Audit Supervisor for her team, “As the new Audit Supervisor, my primary goal is to lead the team towards continuous improvement. We will simplify our processes to work smarter not harder, enhancing our overall effectiveness in conducting audits. Open communication and collaboration will be strongly encouraged among team members. I will ensure to celebrate our wins and acknowledge everyone’s hard work. Lastly, prioritizing client satisfaction is key. By positioning ourselves as trusted advisors and understanding our clients’ needs, we will deliver exceptional service that keeps them happy and fosters strong relationships.”
Currently, Premarion is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures of the company, as well as conducting risk and control assessments within the organization. She also supervises the audit team to ensure adherence to the established Audit Program. Additionally, she reports directly to Ms. Charito Geguiera, the General Manager of EverFirst.
