Seeds of success: A million-worth roofing project triumph

On January 31, 2024, a ₱1.90M roofing project was closed at Mariveles, Bataan by Mr. Sidney Caraballido. He joined MSC in 2013 and had been a dedicated Product Sales Consultant for 11 years, refining his skills into expertise. “It was a smooth transaction. Noong una akala ko hindi na mako-close kasi hindi available ang kulay na gusto nila, pero ang nangyari pumili sila ng ibang kulay para ma-proceed yung project. Kung tutuusin pwede sila humanap ng ibang supplier pero mas pinili nila mag-stick sa’tin,” Caraballido said.
According to Caraballido, there was not much struggle while closing the project except for the stock availability.
The initial approved color was not available during that time, and there was a target date that could not be met if they
proceeded with the original requirement. Fortunately, the deal with Vans Turf Corporation went smoothly despite a hiccup with stock availability.
Caraballido expressed his appreciation to the individuals whose contributions made everything possible, extending special thanks to his Sales Manager, Ms. Lilibeth Depasupil and the Estimator, Mr. Benedict Macasieb. He is also thankful to the guidance provided by Ms. April Sampayan, Mr. Aljun Austria, Engr. Charly Morales, and Engr. Michael Florendo.
