Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) secured a four million contract from Icon Rock Builders on March 1, 2024. MSC is set to install stone coated roofs, covering an expansive area of 2,285 square meters in the Private Assembly Hall located at Rosario, Batangas.
 

Mr. Allan John Bernardo, the Product Sales Consultant overseeing the project, shared that they also faced challenges during the deal-closing process. “The meetings were continuously re-scheduled and there were longer waiting times due to several concerns on the client’s side,” he elaborates.

For Bernardo, maintaining composure and persistence in negotiations became his ultimate strategy. He also asserted that patience always pays off, as they continue to persevere in spite of difficulties.
