WorldCraft’s New Sales and Operations Manager

On May 23, 2022, Mr. Gerald Yambao joined Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) as the new Sales and Operations Manager for WorldCraft.

 

Yambao took up Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST). In 2019, he finished his Master’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Business and Industrial Economics at San Sebastian College Recoletos where he graduated with the Highest Academic Distinction Award. He is a Certified Global Financial Advisor, Associate Financial Planner, and a Licensed Financial Advisor for Variable and Traditional Life.

 

Yambao has gained extensive industry experience since 2011. He was exposed to various managerial positions where he was able to hone his sales and marketing skills.

Presently, Yambao is responsible for supervising the whole operation of WorldCraft and its marketing strategies. He is directly reporting to Mr. Rey Angeles, the President.

 

In a brief interview, Yambao shared his plans for his new position as Sales and Operations Manager, saying, “As the new Sales and Operations Manager of WorldCraft, I will support and enable our frontline sales teams, the Business Development Consultants (BDCs), the Office Sales Organization (OSOs) members, and our dear Resellers to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction, addressing various obstacles and reducing friction in the sales process.”

 

“Basically, my main duty as Sales and Operations Manager is to ensure that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. Also, I must observe and improve the operational management systems and its best practices; purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency; and lastly, maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness,” he added.

 

Yambao’s expertise and knowledge are truly important in the achievement of his goals for WorldCraft. With hardwork, commitment, and high moral values, success will surely be the outcome.
