Karim embarked on his journey at MBI as a System Design Engineer on February 6, 2019. His dedication and aptitude propelled him to the role of Commissioning Engineer on March 2, 2023. Recognizing his exceptional commitment and expertise, he now assumes the pivotal role of OIC Technical Support Group Supervisor at MBI, reporting directly to Engr. Walter Kit Fernandez.

As the newly appointed OIC TSG Supervisor, Karim holds the critical responsibility of overseeing the commissioning of diverse project systems. His role demands a keen awareness of project dynamics, allowing him to effectively monitor and supervise his team of Commissioning Engineers on a day-to-day basis. It is imperative that he ensures his team members perform their essential functions and cultivates knowledge, competence, and technical expertise in various product lines and systems offered by MBI.
