MSC closed its first million-worth of PVC deal

By Fauline Go

For the first time in history of Multi-Line, Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) closed a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Ceiling lumpsum contract, amounting to Php 2,787,952.00. This was made possible by the perseverance and dedication of its Product Sales Consultant, Mr. Mark Joseph Jabat

The contract was recently closed on September 6, 2023 with The Mary Help of Christian Quasi-Parish, located in Cavite City. It was estimated by the assigned Estimator, Ms. Christine Lumang, with the guidance of her Team Leader, Mr. Ralph Aldrin Dacara. The project is expected to be completed at the end of November this year under the supervision of Engr. Daniel Octavio, the assigned Project Engineer and Mr. Aljun Austria, the Engineering Manager of MSC and Engr. Michael Florendo, Operations Manager.

According to Jabat, his burning desire to his work and belief in the quality of his products earned clients’ trust and approval. He stated, “With the continued effort of introducing our products to many architects, I was able to reach the major designer of the project. As they believed that we provided good and quality projects, we were able to get one. All I did was put my passion into selling my products, as no other competitor could ever do.”

Indeed, as the parable says, unless a wheat grain falls on the ground and dies, it yields a rich harvest. So as with Jabat, his efforts and commitment have not been in vain; they have resulted impressive results, culminating in this success.
