Leonora Acero’s training in Multi-Line head office

Ms. Leonora “Nor” Acero has completed a sales training program at the Multi-Line head office, spanning from November 6 to 24, 2023, for her new role as OIC Operations Manager for Cebu Depot Operations.
The training aimed to equip Nor with the skills necessary for the success of her new role, focusing on sales and technical aspects. The individuals who guided her throughout the process were Engr. Dino Maghirang of MBI, Ms. Lilibeth Depasupil, Mr. Luisito Valenzuela, Arch. Rene Jon Asa, Mr. Marco Angeles of, Mr. Joselito Rosauro and Ms. Nikki Del Rosario, all of MSC.
The training covered topics from all product lines of MBI, MSC and WC such as saturation process, material request process for both local and imported items and communication strategies when dealing with inquiries from contractors, architects, developers and other clients.
During her stay in Manila, Nor also participated in the Enculturation Program alongside fellow Multi-Line employees.
Reflecting on her experience, she shared, “I saw the importance of values and culture above everything. Having been refreshed by Enculturation here, I want to impart this to my Cebu team by scheduling an Enculturation to the rest of the team by 1st Qtr. of 2024.”
On November 24, 2023, Nor underwent a revalida process to evaluate the effectiveness of her training. All trainers were gathered in the Blue Room for a brief discussion, posing random questions related to the training topics to assess her skills and knowledge.
Upon her return to Cebu in the 4th week of November 2023, Nor plans to use her new knowledge to train and empower her team in meeting their goal for 2024 while improving manpower retention. According to her, this will become more realistic in collaboration with the employees from Multi-Line head office.
Nor’s approach reflects her commitment to personal and team development, building a foundation of a good leader.
