Cindy, a 2013 graduate of AB in Nursing from Martinez Memorial Colleges, initially worked as a saleswoman and cashier before joining EF. She began her career at EF as a Loan Consultant, where she worked for nearly 10 months. Later, she transitioned to the Collection Department, accumulating 8 years of experience in that role, where she also served as one of the First Aiders in EF. In pursuit of career advancement, she seized an opportunity in the Operations Department, where she served as a Loan Processor for 5 months.

“I will inspire my team to exert their best effort in achieving our goals and in develop their skills. My plan is to establish a relationship with them in which we’ll both feel comfortable in giving and receiving feedback from each other as well as in building trust and respect,” Basas expressed.

On the other hand, Rogelio, a 2018 graduate in BS Business Management Major in Operations from STI College, began as a Loan Processor at EF after a 2-year delay due to pandemic.

“I am grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to work with them and shape me into the person I am today – a new BH – OIC at EverFirst Q-Mart. The company may expect me to carry out my duties and responsibilities with complete honesty and integrity. I am also eager to learn new things that will help me improve my knowledge and skills in this field,” Rogelio shared.
