EverFirst welcomes its two new Collection Supervisors

In every workplace, climbing the corporate ladder is one of the biggest motivating factors that drive people to improve productivity. It is a great way to challenge and enhance one’s career by working towards and receiving a promotion.
Starting on August 1, 2023, the promotion of Karen Ann Regalado and Rosalyn Sababan as the new Collection Supervisors will take effect. Both are filled with joy and gratitude. They shared how grateful they are that their ability and skills are being recognized.
In the past 5 years, Rosalyn showed the company her full potential and competencies, which brought her to where she is now. She feels excitement and, at the same time, is challenged by the new duties and responsibilities she will be handling. As of now, her top priority is to build a good communication and strong relationships within the team, as she believes that it is one of the keys to for a happy and harmonious workplace.
Furthermore, there’s another person who spent her the past 5 years sharing knowledge and abilities as a Collection Assistant. Karen started out her journey in the company on July 17, 2018. According to her, she also encountered lots of problems with her assigned duties but later developed self-discipline, enabling her to carry out her work effectively. When asked about her top priority, she shared how she would like to build an open relationship with the team so that they can easily address and solve problems for the best interest of the whole organization.

This is just the beginning, as they may continue to evaluate your performance in your new role and consider you for future promotions as well. Take this as the first step on your corporate ladder and continue to aim higher.
