Quota Upgrade for Rudy Parcon

A new challenge has been accepted by Mr. Rudy Parcon as he received a monthly sales quota upgrade.
Rudy, a Product Sales Consultant of Multi-Line Building Systems Inc., accepted the monthly sales quota upgrade from 1.00M to 1.50M last July 1, 2023. Despite being hired only last January 2023, he demonstrated an exemplary performance, qualifying him for an early upgrade. He reports directly Ms. Andrea Ungco, the OIC Sales Supervisor for Dealer Sales.
In an interview, Rudy expressed his feelings about the upgrade. “I’m so trilled, challenged, and excited to hit my new quota. I know that this is not easy but I believe that thru hard work and dedication, I can surpass the challenges I will encounter soon. Also, I’m thankful to my General Manger who always give me words of wisdom and encouragement, to my Supervisor who help me all throughout my journey in sales, to my colleagues that I can rely on whenever I needed their help and also to my family who always cheers me up and give me strength”, he said.
“I can say that the most challenging part is to be rejected by some clients whenever we present or offer our products to them. Despite this, I am still very eager to persuade them to try our products by presenting the benefits which they can get. Since challenges are opportunities for growth and improvement, I always try to seek for solutions and maintain a positive attitude.” Rudy added.
